# Do I need hub rings, spacers, or aftermarket lug nuts?

When upgrading to aftermarket wheels, you may wonder if you need any additional hardware. Here is a quick breakdown of hub rings, spacers, and aftermarket lug nuts to help you understand when each one may be needed.
**Hub Rings** Hub rings, also known as centering rings or hub centric rings, are used to fill the gap between the wheel's center bore and your vehicle's hub.
