# Can I order a wheel spacer or adapter size that isn't listed on the website?
## Yes. Our website can't list every spacer and adapter size we can offer, so our Sales Team can put together a custom quote for the size you need.
Yes! We are partnered with BORA to offer many different spacer and adapter sizes, but our website simply can't list every option available. If you don't see the size you're looking for, reach out to our Sales Team at [(630) 389-8661](tel:630-389-8661) or email them using [this sales form](https://share.hsforms.com/1siAEK1rkTEWNOSUL4uTsCw566ie?__hstc=215740488.6bd2b3270ff5eb6fe4b56e0fbabd051d.1762209395220.1793209172963.1793212801184.48&__hssc=215740488.23.1793212801184&__hsfp=6659fbe16e57d3347a3a691604cfb365) and they can put together a custom quote for the size you need.
**What information should I have ready?**
- Your vehicle's year, make, model, and trim
- The spacer or adapter thickness you need
- Your vehicle's bolt pattern, and the wheel's bolt pattern if you need an adapter
- Any details about your wheels, tires, and ride height
**How do I figure out what thickness I need?**
Check out our article on measuring for the correct wheel spacer size, or our [Spacers & Adapters Guide](https://www.sdwheel.com/guides/spacers-adapters?hsLang=en) for step-by-step measuring instructions.
**Can custom spacers be canceled or returned?**
There is a 72-hour grace period from the time of your initial order, or until the order has been allotted for production (whichever comes first), to cancel any made-to-order spacers or adapters. After this time, these orders cannot be canceled and the spacers or adapters cannot be returned.
